Relationship Couple Counselling
Couples counselling can be daunting process. I create a relaxed environment where individuals feel at ease to express themselves and be affectively listened to. In feeling safe to open up and talk, it is easier for the couple to explore issues impacting their relationship.
My relationship counselling helps couples with issues ranging from marriage guidance to domestic violence (see below for a longer list of typical issues below).
I believe that everyone is a unique individual and have different issues. Therefore different issues need different methods of listening. I use an integrative approach which takes the best bits from all therapeutic methods. I also enable people to maintain what they have learnt in therapy to enable them to cope more effectively and feel more in control of their lives in the future.
