MISSED APPOINTMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY

If you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment, please give 24 hours advance notice to ensure that you will not be charged for the appointment. If less than 24 hours notice is given and we are unable to fill your time slot, you will be expected to pay for the appointment.

If you book the session with the therapist and the room is booked for the session regardless of 24 hours or longer the client will be need to pay for the cost of the room booking. If it is cancelled with 24 hours or less then the full cost of the session will need to be paid.

This is done in fairness both to clients who would otherwise have wanted the appointment and to the therapist, who is not paid if they do not perform the session. Thank you.

Malcolm is continuously supportive and adaptable to my needs. Even after I walk away from my session, his advice resonates with me throughout my week. He just provides comfort.  My sessions with Malcolm have filled me with hope.
