TRADITIONAL COUNSELLING
Face to Face Counsellor
I am delighted to be able to offer traditional face to face counselling once again following the relaxation of lockdown rules.
My comfortable room at the Yoga & Wellness Rooms in Shoreham is a safe, quiet and relaxing space to chat and explore feelings and issues.
The space is large enough for couple counselling as well as individual sessions… all current recommended Covid protocols will be followed.
OPEN AIR COUNSELLING
Walk and Talk Counsellor
Is there anything easier than walking and talking? Stripping away the intimidating therapy room and the anxiety induced by a formal appointment, my Walk & Talk counselling does what it says.
The physical act of walking can really help you understand & process thoughts and feelings, and so it’s the perfect way to help discuss issues that are troubling you.
ONLINE COUNSELLING
Safe & Secure Video Counselling
As the Pandemic has made us all engage with technology and look for alternatives ways to communicate, online video based counselling has become increasingly popular. Sessions on video allow the participants to be in a location they feel comfortable to talk
COUPLES COUNSELLING
Relationship Counselling
Couples counselling can be daunting process. I create a relaxed environment where individuals feel at ease to express themselves and be affectively listened to. In feeling safe to open up and talk, it is easier for the couple to explore issues impacting their relationship.
My relationship counselling helps couples with issues ranging from marriage guidance to domestic violence.
